If you’ve made the journey to Adelaide, come and see the region!

The driest state in the driest continent has a surprising variety of unique freshwater features, from freshwater springs and intermittent streams, large rivers and constructed and managed wetlands, which have required innovative management ideas to accompany them. The field trips have been designed to highlight these interesting features, including their aboriginal significance, through a either one day (Thursday only) or two day (Thursday and Friday) trip. The one day field trips have been designed so that a plane can still be caught on Thursday night (including a transport direct to the airport). Note there are minimum and maximum numbers for each trip. We are also looking at options to join Day 2 of Field Trips FT3 and FT 4, if participants would like to do field trips FT1 or FT2 on the Thursday.
